The Noise Reduction Ear Plug is similar to the canal mold and also available in a full Concha mold it reduces harmful and annoying sounds in noisy environments - ideal for in-flights, construction sites, arenas etc., standard colors are Red for Right and Blue for the Left. It includes a pull string or cord for easy removal and is produced using Innovative Earmold Designs Proprietary 3D digital process.

Ulti-Soft Ultra?
This is a Silicone based material. It is the softest of our silicone materials and it provides an excellent acoustic seal for high gain hearing instruments. Innovative Earmold Designs Proprietary 3D Digital Process
Innovative earmold designs solution is based on 3D technology, which in its first step uses a scan of the ear impression to create a digital image. The second step involves usigng a 3D software to design the personalized earmold. The software will also verify fit, ease of insertion, optimum comfort , and evaluate canal direction for best acoustic performance. In its third step, a high definition, high quality 3D printer is used to print ultra-thin layers ultimately creating the exact 3D structure. This enables a digitally precise fabricated earmold using our Proprietary process.
